The process of deleting a weight entry is user-friendly; simply select the "Weighs" button, find the specific entry, and click the red cross adjacent to it. Confirm the deletion in the prompt, and the selected weight will be removed from your records.
The graph features a blue line that represents the required weight loss trajectory, determined by the initial and target dates and weights. Adhering to this guideline is crucial for achieving weight goals.
Each red line on the graph indicates daily weight readings, with its endpoint marking the recorded weight for that day. If the arrow points downward, it signals progress towards your target; conversely, an upward arrow indicates a rise above the average weight.
The green line denotes the rolling average of weights over the last ten days. This metric is updated with each new entry, allowing users to visualize their performance relative to their goals. Maintaining the green line below the blue line signifies progress towards achieving weight loss objectives.
